    North & Central Europe Sales Manager

Our client, a global provider of RO membranes, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be in charge of Spain and Portugal to support the company’s growth among local OEMs and end-users. The role will be to successfully identify and manage distribution partners to help the company achieve its sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new Accounts that drive RO membrane sales to the OEMs across the assigned territories
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities through commercial process
  • Identify and structure relationships through the support of Senior Management of OEMs, strategic partners, agents and distributors
  • Achieve annual sales targets and objectives
  • Communicate customer product requirements to R&D for enhancement of customer satisfaction


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or relevant work experience
  • Self-starter within 5+ years in sales function in RO industry with experience interfacing with local customers and ability to manage tasks independently with minimum guidance
  • Knowledge of the RO market and existing relationships with potential customers
  • An understanding of membrane processes, system design and engineering issues surrounding reverse osmosis plants
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Application/Process Engineering staff and understand risk management
