Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in mega solar project (2MW or more) development and management (3 years or more, more than 20 MW in total
  • Class 2 electrician / first-class electrical work operation and management engineer
  • Work experience in international environment (e.g. overseas project, non-Japanese company, collaboration with customer, etc.)
  • Ability to manage each step in the development, design, and construction of the mega solar project, as well as to play a role of project manager when necessary
  • Ability to manage (and do when necessary) documentations, applications, and communication with appropriate authorities from the development stage to the completion of mega solar project
  • Ability to take a leading role in negotiation with METI, EPCOs, and other organizations at development of the mega solar project, especially from the engineer’s point of view
  • Business level English •Ability to self-motivate in a “select few” corporate culture
    (Ability to act as a representative as well as a manager, and to understand project details)
  • Ability to work having clear responsibility for each step in development, design, and construction stages in a “select few” corporate culture
  • Ability to develop a team (when conditions permit) that contributes to build productive corporate culture based on high professionalism
  • Ability to fully function in multinational organization (being able to advocate as well as be creative when necessary)

Key Requirements:

  • Being able to travel for short-midterm to sites in all over Japan as necessary while being based in Tokyo Head Office (Currently Ogikubo, relocating within this year)
  • Salary to be determined by experience
