Job Description

Our client, an independent international energy company, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their exciting workplace, with flexible structures and short- decision making processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquisition and support of industrial customers and fixed price products
  • Support for the acquisition and support of sales partners, especially in other European countries
  • Participation in the preparation and realisation of trade fairs, exhibitions and lectures
  • Responsible for the continuous promotion of new business within the competence of the division sales partners/delivery products/biogas
  • Active participation in product innovation and development
  • Weekly documentation on sales activities carried out within the scope of the sales and visit targets
  • Contract negotiations, preparation and conclusion


Key Requirements:


  • University degree in the fields of business administration, business engineering or engineering or extensive professional future education in the field of energy management
  • Extensive experience in the fields of energy supply, energy services, direct marketing of renewable energies, or energy supply equipment for industrial customers and municipalities
  • Knowledge of the gas and electricity industry in the liberalized market, including energy trading, as well as the equipment knowledge of energy producers
  • Demonstrate a successful activity as a sales/account/key account manager in sales area of energy trading and/or energy services in small and medium sized businesses
  • Fluent in English, French or other foreign language skills are advantageous
