Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to promote new business growth in non-multimedia products across customers focusing on a specific product area. This role will be establishing sales and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities in targeted business segments
  • Create and execute sales strategies to expand business
  • Achieves objectives working across multiple functions such as sales management, product management, engineering and other internal support functions
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of division/group policies and goals
  • Program Management
  • Hands-on coordination of program management based on discussions with customers
  • Communicates customer program timing requirements
  • Works with the sales team to establish and meet sales objectives, improve productivity, increase revenue and maximise profitability within the group
  • Supports the product planning and market analysis team to ensure the market study includes the market trend and competitor analysis
  • Develops and implements strategic and tactical business plans
  • Integrates strategic and tactical plans across both business and technical teams for maximum impact to growing market share
  • Creates and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with customer executives and staff
  • Identifies and establishes product and customer strategies
  • Guides and support Account Managers in areas of operational budget


Key Requirements:

  • 10 years’ related experience
  • 2 years of technical training in business
  • Automotive systems or components industry experience
  • Proven track record of developing new sales opportunities and closing negotiations
